Summary

Next Securities ​is ​building ​a user-first, ​AI-powered next-generation trading platform ​and ​expanding globally. ​The Trust & ​Safety Leader ​will ​be responsible ​for ​defining ​and executing the ​company’s ​content safety vision, ​ensuring ​that ​all user-generated and ​AI-driven video ​content ​meets the ​highest standards ​of ​integrity, compliance, and ​user protection. ​This leader will build and manage a high-performing team, shape global policies, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to advance our content review systems and AI moderation engine. The role is central to creating a secure and trustworthy investment content ecosystem for our users.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the strategic direction of Trust & Safety across video-based investment content and AI-generated materials
  • Build, scale, and lead global moderation and policy teams, establishing best-in-class content governance frameworks
  • Oversee the design and optimization of content review operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Partner closely with Product, Compliance, and Engineering to enhance the AI moderation engine, content risk detection, and automated review systems
  • Develop proactive risk management, incident response, and global policy alignment strategies
  • Benchmark and integrate global Trust & Safety best practices to continuously elevate internal standards and operational excellence
  • Represent the Trust & Safety function in executive and cross-functional forums, influencing company-wide decision-making


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or related risk management domains, including leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience leading content safety or moderation operations at a video-centric or social platform (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.)
  • Strong strategic thinking, people leadership, and change management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory and operational environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience establishing the Trust & Safety function from inception and scaling globally
  • Prior leadership experience in a multinational organization or high-growth tech company
  • Deep understanding of video and media content ecosystems and emerging AI content risks
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform risk detection and policy decisions
  • Korean language proficiency preferred but not mandatory for business purposes.
